How It Started

 

We didn’t plan to start a lettings agency. It came about because people kept asking for our help. At the time, we were focused solely on our own investments in the Wirral, buying, managing, and growing our portfolio. The more we did, the more others got in touch. Friends, family, business contacts. They’d seen how we worked and wanted the same kind of attention for their properties. It made sense to turn those favours into something more. That’s how Nest Lettings began.

 

We Are Hands-On

 

We’ve dealt with the pain points of being landlords ourselves. We know what it’s like to face unexpected costs or pay a contractor just to turn a switch or top up a boiler. So we manage properties the way we’d want ours managed. Weekly fire alarm checks, pressure top-ups, and minor maintenance tasks are jobs we handle ourselves where possible. It’s a simple way to keep costs down and keep things ticking over.

 

We Are Local

 

Our directors previously worked at some of the biggest estate agents and letting agents on the Wirral. We learned what a polished lettings service should look like. But we also saw how the personal touch can get lost in a big company. That’s what we’re focused on. Clear updates and a proper interest in your returns.
