You’ve got the time to manage the place. What you don’t have is the patience to deal with flaky viewers or paperwork that goes round in circles.

For single lets, it’s £500. For HMOs with five or more rooms, the fee is £250 per tenant. We take the time to find tenants who won’t cause problems after the keys are handed over. You get a clean handover and a calm start.

As we are landlord ourselves, we look after single lets like they are one of our own. We don’t overcomplicate anything. We collect your rent on time and keep tenants happy so they don’t vanish halfway through the tenancy. 

 

We handle the day-to-day tasks so you don’t have to worry about them, including maintenance and inspections.  

 

Our management fee starts at 10 percent with a £200 tenant find admin fee. No contract, clear updates, and a team that cares about your property.
